Continuing an on-screen partnership that dates back to Freaks and Geeks in the early 2000s, James Franco and Seth Rogen are doing another picture together!
This time, they’re starring in The Interview, an espionage comedy in which a tabloid news presenter (Franco) and his producer (Rogen) are tasked by the CIA to assassinate the leader of North Korea.
Normally, Hollywood movies would avoid targeting real countries with their satire. Hence the creation of fake countries like Wadiya, Krakozhia, and Freedonia. But seeing as how there is no foreign movie market in North Korea, this is one diplomatic jab that no-one seems to mind!

The film also co-stars Lizzy Caplan and is directed by Rogen and his writing partner Evan Goldberg.
