Harrison Ford is on the mend after incurring an injury on the set of Star Wars: Episode VII.
By standers say that his ankle was crushed when a hydraulic door on The Millennium Falcon malfunctioned during production. Ford was airlifted from Pinewood Studios and was reportedly recuperating at an undisclosed English hospital.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the star will be out of commission for 6-8 weeks, which will require a significant rejigging of director J.J. Abrams’ filming schedule. Ford’s scenes will now likely be pushed to the end of the blockbuster shoot.
So, despite what Star Wars fans have insisted for the past 15 years, Han Solo does not shoot first.
